K-Energy's TCS based, fluidized-bed reactor(FBR) uses a continuous-manufacturing process that provides a mass production using efficient etching on inner-wall of reaction tube. Energy cost can be reduced by approximately 80 percent in the manner of efficient power system over conventional manufacturing processes.
Further, K-Energy's TCS-FBR produces a dense, uniform granular polysilicon. These characteristics make it the ideal feedstock for the continuous ingot and cost-efficient wafer manufacturing processes, essential for cost reduction.
